Immediately after receipt of the reservation, Lalandia sends order confirmation plus two giro payment orders to the tenant. On receiving confirmation, the first instalment falls due for payment, which corresponds to 25% of the total amount. The remainder (second instalment) is to be paid to Lalandia not less than 30 days before the arrival date. For reservations made less than one month before arrival, the entire sum falls due for payment immediately. If the total sum is not paid as stipulated above, Lalandia is entitled to cancel the booking and charge a reservation fee of DKK 250 per reserved holiday home. Note: The minimum age for the tenant is 18 years of age.

For orders less than 14 days before arrival, payment must be placed with order.
